About us

We were introduced to Le Peep in 1990 in Kansas City. We loved the concept, and even though we had no restaurant experience we always dreamed of owning our own. Ten years later, after relocating to Omaha, our dream became a reality!
We opened our first Le Peep in Pepperwood Village @ 156th & Dodge in 2001, and now, we have four locations.
There is a Le Peep @ Legacy West, 177th and W Center, @ North Park, 117th and Blondo, and @ Aksarben Pointe, 69th & Pacific.

Even though Le Peep is a part of a small chain out of Aspen Colorado, what people may not realize is that we are not your typical "franchise" operation. We are Le Peep licensees and as such, we are owner operated and independent. This allows us to operate our business our way! From designing our locations to sourcing our ingredients and tailoring our menu, we work our business every day to ensure that our customers have the absolute very best experience every time they visit one of our Omaha, NE locations.

We are proud to have been voted Omaha Nebraska's #1 Best Breakfast restaurant every year since 2007! We attribute this to our attention to detail, our loyal customers, and, of course, our professional and friendly staff.
